The 3rd International Open Friendship Taekwondo Championships was held in June 2004 in Portland,
Oregon USA. More than 300 participants represented 13 nations. The event was held under the WTF
rules and were refereed by international referees from various countries. Thousands of
spectators cheered for various nations.
