The 2nd International Open Friendship Taekwondo Championships was a huge success again with participants from USA, Nepal, India, Mexico & Pakistan. It was held in Pokhara, Nepal in December 13th of 2002. The event was held under the WTF rules and were refereed by international referees from various countries. Thousands of spectators made this event one of the most exciting games in the nations. Former Member Secretary of Sports Council Mr. Binod Shankar Palikhe was the Guest Of Honor for the event.
